" Don’t lose hope in the mercy of Allah.
You are not allowed to lose hope in the mercy of Allah.
This is the attitude we have to internalize."
-Nouman Ali Khan
"Certainly no one despairs of Allah s Mercy, except the people who disbelieve"

(Qur'an 16: 18)

Tips 1 : Allah
No matter how bad you perceive your situation to be and how depressed or stressed or desperate you are, never give up on Allah. Doing so is actually tantamount to disbelief.
“Truly no one despairs of Allah’s Soothing Mercy except those who have no faith. ”
(Qur’an, 12: 87)
When you feel overwhelmed and down with stress, remember Allah and do Zikr. Zikr refers to all forms of the remembrance of Allah, including Salat, Tasbeeh, making supplication (Dua), and reading Quran.
“And your Lord says: ‘Call on Me; I will answer your (prayer)…” (Quran 40:60)
As Muslims, we are in direct communication with the Almighty.
He is the only One Who not only Hears and Knows all, but Who can change our situation and give us the patience to deal with our difficulties.
“Remember Me, and I shall remember you; be grateful to Me, and deny Me not“
(Quran 2:152).
Continuously relying on Allah or Tawakkul is an intrinsic part of your life as a Muslim or Muslima, and especially so during times of stress.
Before you leave home for work, say ‘in Your Name Allah, I put my trust in Allah, and there is no power or force except with Allah’ (Bismillahi Tawakal to al Allah wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah).
Once you have determined how to deal with a stressful situation or problem at work or Allah, put your trust in the most Wise and the All-Knowing.
“When you have taken a decision, put your trust in Allah” (Quran 3: 159).

TIPS 1 : ALLAH ( 4 Ways to Remember Allah Throughout Our Life )
4 Ways to Remember Allah Throughout Our Life.
1) Say to ourselves:
“I am in Allah’s presence; He is watching me.”
If ever we are alone, He is the second and that if we are two, He is the third. He is with us wherever we are. He is nearer to us than our jugular vein. Allah is watching everything that we do and hearing everything that we say. He is ever present and His knowledge is all encompassing. Remind ourselves of this as often as we can, and throughout the day every time we begin a new task, and every time we speak.
Indeed, our aim should be to impress this on our heart in such a way that it ultimately becomes our very breath. When Rasulullah (SAW) was asked by a Companion (RA) about the best method of purifying himself, Rasulullah (SAW) replied: “You should always remember that Allah is with you wherever you are.” (At-Tirmidhi)
2) Say to ourselves.
“Everything I have has been given to me by Allah.”
All that there is surrounding us, on us and in us comes from Allah alone. There is none that creates or gives anything but Allah. Therefore, reflect upon all the blessings that He has created us with and be thankful to Him.
When Rasulullah (SAW) rose in the morning, he would say “Alhamdulillah (Thanks to Allah)” whenever Rasulullah (SAW) ate or drank he would say “Alhamdulillah” and even when he relieved himself he would give thanks to Allah.
3) Say to ourselves:
“Nothing in this world can happen without His permission.”
Everything lies in the hands of Allah. No harm can befall us and no benefit can reach us except as Allah ordains.
Remind ourselves as much as we can and throughout the day, especially as we expect something to happen, or not to happen, that everything happens only as Allah commands, and by His permission.
4) Say to ourselves:
“I am going to return to Allah one day and that day could be today.”
إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّآ إِلَيۡهِ رَٲجِعُونَ
“…From Allah we came and to Him we shall return.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:156)
